On January 13, 2026, Didier Samitier took over CERKIS with one ambition: to make it a complete partner for brands, from co-design to installation.

On January 13, 2026, CERKIS opened a new chapter: Didier Samitier took over its leadership, an industrial company rooted in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region for more than three decades.

A new owner from the commercial world

Didier Samitier doesn't come from the fit-out world. Backed by over 25 years of experience in commercial development and management within industrial environments, he has led large teams and managed growth at an international scale.

It is this background in commercial structuring, key account relationships, and team leadership that brought him to CERKIS.

Based near Saint-Étienne, he knows the local industrial fabric. A grounding that matters when you take over a company deeply rooted in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

A team, a vision

At the head of CERKIS, in Brioude, Didier Samitier carries a clear ambition: to make the company a complete partner for brands, from co-design to installation. To do so, CERKIS relies on its complementary metal workshop, NV Métallurgie, in Saint-Victor-sur-Rhins.

End-to-end partnership

The approach is built on a competitive advantage: mastery of both wood and metal. Where most fit-out specialists have to subcontract metal, CERKIS manufactures wood in its Brioude workshop and integrates metal through NV Métallurgie. Co-design with the engineering office, manufacturing, logistics and on-site installation: one point of contact for the entire project.

A forward-looking trajectory

Since the takeover, CERKIS has been investing in its tools and methods:

  • ·Development of design and visualization tools, so clients can picture their projects before manufacturing
  • ·Modernization of its communications, supported by L'Atelier Serval (latelier-serval.fr)

Didier Samitier sums up his philosophy in one sentence: people first, results will follow. With his teams and their families, responsibility is tangible. And so is ambition.
