Laser cutting
Sheet, tube, wire, profile. Fine, precise cutting on steel and stainless.
Step 02
Punching
Forming, series drilling, technical or decorative patterns.
Step 03
Bending
Flat parts turned into 3D volumes.
Step 04
Welding
Steel, stainless, aluminium, MIG and TIG. Each assembly is welded to plan and inspected at its station before finishing.
Step 05
Powder coating
Applied and cured in an in-house booth. Epoxy powder applied by electrostatic charge, 20-25 min at 180°C.
Step 06
Assembly
Parts delivered assembled or ready to assemble. Metal pairs with many other materials depending on your project, including wood.

NV Métal and CERKIS, two complementary crafts.
Since its founding, NV Métal has worked alongside CERKIS, a wood fit-out specialist in Brioude (43). For projects combining metal structure and wood, the two workshops coordinate their production, with a single point of contact for the client.

Working metal since 2004.
The company was born in 2004, when Raphaël Amans started out in a 300 m² workshop alongside his father.
Metalwork, and its pairing with wood, have always been at the heart of the company. NV Métal has reinvented itself to match its markets, loyal to clients such as King Jouet and driven by a team, several of whom have been here since the start.
