In Saint-⁠Victor-⁠sur-⁠Rhins, in the Loire (France), NV Métal makes your parts and welded assemblies to drawing in steel, stainless steel and aluminium, from 0.5 to 30 mm thick, from one-off parts to production runs: laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, powder coating and assembly, in a 4,000 m² workshop. Six processes, from sheet to welded assembly

The whole metal chain is mastered in-house, with no cascading subcontractors: from cut sheet to welded, coated and assembled unit. Steel, stainless steel and aluminium, from 0.5 to 30 mm thick.

  • Laser cutting

    Sheet, tube, profile. Fine, precise cutting on steel and stainless.

  • Punching

    Forming, series drilling, technical or decorative patterns, on Wilson Tool tooling.

  • Bending

    Flat parts turned into volumes, on Amada press brakes.

  • Welding

    Steel, stainless, aluminium, MIG and TIG. Each assembly is welded to plan and inspected at its station before finishing.

  • Powder coating

    Epoxy powder applied by electrostatic charge and cured in an in-house booth, 20 to 25 min at 180 °C, in any RAL shade.

  • Assembly

    Tapping, riveting, sub-assemblies delivered ready to fit.

    DXF, STEP or PDF files, and even a simple sketch. If needed, our design office takes the measurements itself.

    The quote

    We get back to you within 48 working hours of receiving your request. No minimum order.

    Manufacturing

    Your drawings are reviewed by the people who make them, then produced in our workshop, from one-off parts to runs of several thousand.

  4. 04

    Delivery

    Parts delivered assembled or ready to assemble, across France and far beyond. Your drawings are never shared.
